Are animals allowed?

While we do not offer an ongoing pet friendly home, we will consider certain breeds at times for additional fees. We maintain a very clean home. Please reach us at amylou3000@aol.com if you cannot get an answer to your questions.

How do I check availability, pricing, house rules?

Do you allow smoking?

Serenity Shores is located in the dunes and smoking is not permitted on property for safety reasons. Please reach us at amylou3000@aol.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard Check-in is at 4:00-6:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, however will work with guests to make accommodations as requested. This

is not guaranteed, but we always do our best!

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights, but will consider 2 nights to fill in between guests.

Do you allow small parties, events or more than 8 People?

We allow events parties business use and additional unregistered guest only when discussed in advance and with an added fee. We have exterior cameras as part of our guest and home security. We are fortunate to have excellent guests!

Can I do a third party booking?

We do not do third party bookings unless the payment has been made in certain payment systems, original booker has signed rental agreement and guest checking in signs the rental agreement with damage deposit. This is for safety and security of guests and follows Florida law. We have excellent honest guests!

If I book direct, how can I safely pay and what happens once I book?

booking Direct, Amy or Matt can receive payment via Zelle, Cash app, Venmo, Cash or credit card (4% Square reader fee), dates are blocked on all platforms once payment is processed. Host will then email confirmation and details to ensure you have a wonderful getaway.The host team will also provide great resources for the local area, dining, activities and more. Should the reservation include an event, they will sort out all arrangements by email. A damage deposit is required as well as government issued ID for paperwork.

What is the age limit to rent?

With few exceptions, for example young newlyweds, the age to rent is 25 and older.
